I am a current Cambridge student focusing on pure Maths.

I use The Honest Torus Youtube channel to detail what higher level Maths is like and give advice as to how best navigate all aspects of it.
This started in part out of frustration with a lot of the content currently floating around, where recreational Mathematicians prey on the lack of exposure many aspiring Mathematicians have, for example, by trying to sell them books that they themselves have not read...
It's become clear very quickly that people appreciate this refreshing transparency and the valuable insights that I can give from my experience.
Excitingly, many people have been sharing and receiving such advice around their personal experiences, and this has lead to a great community building here:
